Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene reasons, all products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. We will not refund any goods that have been opened or worn. Items must be returned with the seal intact. For returns based on unwanted items, you must return within 14 days of receiving the item.

In the unusual event that you receive an item damaged or faulty, we will of course exchange or refund this for you. If you receive a damaged/faulty item, you must notify us within 7 days.

Prior to making any returns, you must first contact us by email at support@swipesale.shop for further details.

To complete your return or to investigate any issue with your order, we require you to send us photographs of the products and the pink invoice, so please retain these. We are unable to process any investigation or refund without these.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@swipesale.shop.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@swipesale.shop.

Upon receipt of your order, please check the goods are in perfect condition and notify us straight away if there is a problem.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your protection, we recommend you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Returning from outside the UAE
Please DO NOT use courier services, as there will be excessive clearance fees. We will either refuse delivery or charge the fees back to you. You must ensure the value on the parcel is listed as “ZERO” and clearly write "RETURNED GOODS" on the customs form and the parcel itself, as we will not accept parcels that incur duty charges.

Swipesale does not pay return postage unless the item is incorrect or faulty.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Returned to Sender / Uncollected Mail
If you miss your parcel delivery, it is your responsibility to rearrange delivery or collect it from your nearest delivery office. If you fail to do this within the timeframe, the parcel will be returned to us. You can request that we resend your parcel, but standard shipping rates will apply.
Alternatively, if you request a refund, a 20% administration fee will be deducted from your refund. If you used a free postage offer, a further charge of AED 15 will be deducted from your refund.

Incorrect Address
If the address you entered is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can update it before your order is dispatched. Once dispatched, we cannot change the address, and it is your responsibility to ensure the details are correct.

If the parcel has been dispatched to the incorrect address, you are responsible for retrieving it. In the event that it is returned to us, you will need to pay for the re-shipping, which will be invoiced upon receipt.
Alternatively, if you wish to request a refund, a 20% administration fee will be deducted, and if a free postage offer was used, a further AED 15 will be deducted from your refund.
